Job Description

Job Title: Senior Network and Security Administrator

Sample of Job Tasks:

• Upgrading the Network
• Install Network Hardware and Software
• Monitoring Network Performance
• Configuring Network Hardware
• Troubleshooting
• Designing Network Models
• Providing Network Administration and Support
• Providing Technical Support
• Monitor and manage network security systems.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Support in vulnerability scans and risk assessments.
• Support and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Maintain and update firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Implement and manage security tools and software.
• Analyze and report on security metrics and incidents.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
• Manage access control and authentication systems.
• Document security policies, procedures, and incidents.
• Coordinate with external security vendors and consultants.
• Review and approve network changes for security impact.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Participate in security-related projects and initiatives

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in a related Discipline.

Experiences: 4-5 years of experience
