Job Title: Instruments/PLC engineer
Reporting Line: Electrical Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
- Supervise and monitor daily, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all plant instrumentation and control systems to ensure maximum plant availability.
- Coordinate closely with the electrical and process production teams to ensure smooth interlocking and sequence operations.
- Monitor automation systems, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) configuration and programming.
- Follow up dust emission monitoring systems, gas analyzers,….
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and electrical codes on-site.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Electronics & Communications Engineering
Experiences: 3 -5 years, Cement plants experience is preferred.
Others:
- Qena Resident is a must.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized engineering software.
- SAP Knowledge preferred
