They work with universities, research centers and specialized consultants to develop new products to expand our product range and deal with future market needs. They provide technical remarks from customers to production to ensure continuous improvement of the product

Customer service of ALNAHDA CEMENT facilitates communication between the company and its clients. They register and follow-up on purchase orders. They record and follow-up delivered orders. They provide access to account balance information.
4- Sales offices90%
We provide a network of Sales offices located in Cairo & Qena governorates. They serve all Egypt governorates. The Cairo sales office receives bank deposits from customers, registers purchase orders and delivery orders, as well as invoices. In addition, customer complaints are monitored closely, if any, to ensure that all complaints are addressed and corrected rapidly.
