Customer service of ALNAHDA CEMENT facilitates communication between the company and its clients. They register and follow-up on purchase orders. They record and follow-up delivered orders. They provide access to account balance information.
We provide a network of Sales offices located in Cairo & Qena governorates. They serve all Egypt governorates. The Cairo sales office receives bank deposits from customers, registers purchase orders and delivery orders, as well as invoices. In addition, customer complaints are monitored closely, if any, to ensure that all complaints are addressed and corrected rapidly.
ALNAHDA CEMENT products are available through an extensive network of authorized distributors. We work closely with our distributors and we train them to manage all aspects of their business including inventory control and product promotion
